I like this stall a lot. The guy is a little bit crazy and you are never sure if he does not want to kill you instead of sell one of his products but in the end, it is exactly this kind of strong characters who create the real essence of the Atarazanas market in Malaga. The main draw here is the northern salt cod in various kinds, forms and levels from Iceland and Norway. Apart from the cod, you can get any spice you can think of always mixed with some sarcastic ambivalent remark from the owner. The visit is never quite safe here but it is usually very unforgettable.
