This guy proves that you can specialize in anything. This is the only stall in the Atarazanas market in Malaga specialized on small soles. They are not of premium quality but they are very cheap. Either there is nothing else apart from soles or there are occasional small additions in form of squid or octopus but this is a mere distraction from the sole essence of this stall.
