Mr Martinez has a tiny stall specialized in wild rockfish but what truly distinguishes him from all the other stall is that occasionally he sells the so-called hake kokotxas (cocochas) which is an extremely delicate, delicious and expensive (50 Euros/kg) part of hake head famous in Asturian cuisine and not available in other stalls of the Atarazanas market in Malaga. The stall is usually very busy and the owner seems to have his own loyal clientele.
