This the anchovies part of the Atarazanas market in Malaga. It looks like you can only sell here if you specialize only on anchovies. This guy is no exception although at least he also sells 2 or 3 other fish apart from anchovies, usually small hakes and blue whitings. I think this is the heart of the market which was first created 500 years ago and the rest then grew around it like a spontaneous organism.
