These guys are the aristocrats of the Atarazanas market in Malaga. Fish might be considered stinky and dirty by someone, these guys prove that in actual fact fish beautiful, clean and sleek. By sliding artistically their fine knives they create lovely pieces of boneless pieces of tuna, salmon, hake etc. This is probably the most beautiful but also expensive stall in the market. The prices are fair though as the numerous chefs (clients of the stall) from local restaurants can testify. You can often spot the crew at the end of the day in the nearby bar Eva dissolving the hard shift in a glass of cold beer.
