He ido hoy, por primera vez, a comprar carne ecológica y ha merecido la pena el viaje desde Benalmadena. La hamburguesa de ternera está deliciosa. Carne fresca y de gran calidad, a un precio normal siendo ecológica. Lo recomiendo 100%.

La carne sabe y me recuerda a la que comía en mi infancia. No suelta ni gota de agua al cocinarla. Las Hamburguesas son espectaculares, la ternera y el pollo de corral. Los huesos del puchero, los mejores con diferencia. Superan a los de mi pueblo con creces.

Maravilloso! Ricardo is an openhearted, freindly and most importantly high quality butcher. They sell very good meat and most importantly for my wife and I they sell good Ecological meat which is very dificult to find in the whole malaga region!. I recomend the Live, all sorts of ecological beef and the ecological chickens!

I travel for an hour once a month to buy my meat from these guys. It is a pleasure to get such good cuts of organic meat, they have no issue cutting it exactly how I ask. The flavour of their rib eye steaks and Iberian chops at one and a half inches thick are exactly what my BBQ was made for. Can’t recommend them enough and I come from Ireland the land of some of the best beef in the world.
