The organic industry might grow slowlier in Spain than in other western countries but it is definitely big enough to allow the only organic stall in the Atarazanas market in Malaga to thrive. It has been opened recently and it seems to prosper really well. I am sure other stalls will soon follow this successful pioneer. They not only sell mostly local organic fruits and vegetables but they have an equally wide choice of organic food and ingredients including almost anything you can think of. They are nice and quick and the prices are fair, definitely lower than to what you are used to at home outside Spain. As usual, everything looks greyish, small and strange compared to the chemical beauties we are all used to but the real beauty hides in your good feeling 🙂
