This a small quality butcher shop. You can often spot the owner deboning huge beef hams behind the counter. The assortment is relatively narrow but of good quality: the basic cuts of beef and pork, chicken and rabbits. The speciality are the famous ox-hamburgers. Simple and satisfying.
