This is one of the two stalls connected to each other and run by the traditional butcher family which started 3 generations ago in 1941 in the Atarazanas market in Malaga. In this part, they sell mostly vacuum-packed sliced and boneless dry-cured ham of different types and levels, chorizo and salchichón and cured mature cheese. It looks a little bit tourist-oriented because of the packaging on sale.
