Another of the traditional butchers in the Atarazanas market in Malaga. It seems to be a rule that butchers don’t like changes because most of the stalls in the meat section have been there for ages and don’t look like moving anytime soon. Juani is one of the bigger stalls with a wider range of products sold. This is one of the few places to get oxtail for example, but the range includes also organic chicken, great value lamb from the Sierras de Segura, marinated skewers, own breaded flamenquin and san Jacobo, iberian pork. There are also young small hens to buy for 5 Euros/kg which is very uncommon.
