This might be the smallest stall in the Atarazanas market in Malaga but it offers the very best selection of traditional malagan bread. Recently there has been an epidemy of prebaked frozen euro-breads invading most of the bakeries and so this stall represents the island of the honest Andalusian art of baking. The heavy pan cateto made of special hard wheat flour and the beautifully toasted lighter lagartos are the highlights of the stall. It is usually very busy and rightfully so.
