This stall specializes on local fish from the “bahía” which means that is range is absolutely seasonal, usually consisting of very few species and at a fair premium price corresponding with the local origin. There is no fish from a fish farm, all the fish are “salvaje” (wild) and the stall gets often sold out very quickly so hurry up if you want a good catch.
