Pescados y Mariscos Francis (17)

I like this stall a lot although I funnily barely buy there. It is run by a short and subtle guy with a tiny knife who sells very small fish. This is really true as everything about this stall is small. The owner is a real man from the “barrio” and you can often spot him in a tracksuit on the streets of Molinillo. He specializes in smaller and cheaper species, always in the wild form, often very rare, sometimes hit&miss, but it is a great way to broaden your fish horizon. Beside that you can usually find fresh horse mackerel, sardines and anchovies. There is really nothing global and “euro” about this stall.
