Jorge is one of the three Rios brothers who were obviously born to spend their lives cleaning and selling fish and seafood. For me Jorge is probably the least striking of the three but still, you can find a good quality in his stall. He is a little bit less of a seller than the other two Rios brothers and his stall might be a little bit less popular. You can not say anything bad about his stall but maybe you can say that it lacks a little bit of character. There is not a bad value in the Salamanca market though and this stall only confirms this general rule.
