This butcher store is owned by two brothers coming from a nearby town of Colmenar which is famous for premium lamb and pork meat and extra virgin olive oil. They represent already the second generation of butchers and offer standard range of cuts including an aged T-bone steak. Here you can also buy various elaborated products made by themselves as are spiced burgers, marinated chicken etc. and fresh and dried chorizos and salted bones. You can also get the fresh and unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from Colmenar. Do not worry to ask them to do any wonders with the meat, they are really good with the knife and very helpful. I always feel kind of sorry for them when they spend 10 minutes on cleaning my chicken wings for 2 Euros but they never ever show anything else than a friendly smile on their face.
